This cuff is made in 3 sizes with a spring hinge to allow it to fit snugly as it should not be manually squeezed to fit. Choose your size carefully. Small fits 5-5.5” wrist. Medium fits 6-6.5” wrist and Large fits 7-7.5” wrist. The opening at the bottom of the cuff is just over 3/4”.
